Campaign Highlight: Convention Activation

Description: Hailed as the funniest film of the year, The Naked Gun swept into theaters on a tidal wave of nostalgia, camp, and edgy humor. We decided to tap into that by sponsoring the largest annual pop culture convention in Florida, Supercon.

We coordinated with the Supercon team to ensure that if you attended the convention, you were guaranteed to see The Naked Gun trailer. Over the course of three days, The Naked Gun trailer played before every panel, discussion, and event across the 84 breakout and meeting rooms within the Miami Beach Convention Center. Most importantly, it played ahead of the cornerstone panels within the Grand Ballroom (6,000 capacity) and its four twin Junior Ballrooms (3,000 capacity). Consistent trailer play across all three days of the convention contributed to over 50,000 in-person impressions, with supplementary social posts by Supercon bolstering the reach.
